The flue gas desulfurization tower is easy to install and can save installation time. The flue gas enters the desulfurization tower from the bottom of the tower, rotates and rises due to the guidance of the tray blades, and sprays the slurry into the droplets of tens of microns from the downstream of the tray, which makes the area between the contact gas and the liquid increase sharply. The liquid droplets are driven to rotate by the air flow, and the centrifugal force is generated to strengthen the contact between the gas and the liquid. Finally, the liquid droplets are thrown down the wall to the tower wall. Because the tower provides good gas-liquid contact conditions, SO2 in the gas is absorbed (desulfurized) by the alkaline liquid. Due to its special internal structural design, the swirl tray column is an efficient and versatile mass transfer device. It has the advantages of large flux, low pressure, wide operating flexibility, no blockage, and high efficiency. Its comprehensive performance is superior to the dust removal device of wet flue gas desulfurization tower commonly used at home and abroad.
The demister system is composed of a demister body and a cleaning system. It consists of a main body of a secondary demister, a flushing water pipe, a nozzle, a support frame, a support beam and related connecting, fixing and sealing parts.
The demister is used to separate the liquid droplets entrained by the gas in the tower to ensure the mass transfer efficiency, reduce the loss of valuable materials and improve the operation of the compressor behind the tower. Usually, the smoke eliminator is installed on the top of the flue gas desulfurization tower. It can effectively remove 3-5um mist droplets. If a demister is arranged between the trays, not only the mass transfer efficiency of the trays can be guaranteed, but also the spacing between the trays can be reduced. Therefore, the demister is mainly used for gas-liquid separation. It can also be used for air separation of air filters. In addition, the metal wire mesh can also be used as a buffer for various instruments in the instrument industry to prevent radio wave interference, such as electronic shielding.
