The glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney produced by our factory is now widely used in power, chemical fertilizer, chemical, smelting, petroleum and other industries as corrosive or high temperature flue gas treatment equipment.
Because the working temperature of many chimneys is relatively high (generally 50-180 ℃), the composition of the flue gas is complex, and the general resin cannot meet its requirements. Therefore, the key to selecting the resin lining and structural layer resin is whether it can meet the corrosion under high temperature conditions. It is required that the material selection of the structural layer resin must also meet the requirements of high temperature resistance. It is also necessary to consider that the elongation at break of the structural resin matches the elongation at break of the lining resin. Considering the convenience of installation, we can process the chimney in sections according to the customer's installation requirements, and then assemble it on site; we can also design the installation process according to the customer's wishes.

It is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with smooth internal and external surfaces, anti-aging performance, and corrosion resistance at high temperature.
