Boiler desulfurization tower
The glass fiber reinforced plastic boiler desulfurization tower is assembled in sections, which has the characteristics of small area, convenient transportation and installation. FRP boiler desulfurization tower uses domestic advanced composite materials and high temperature resistant glass fiber reinforced plastic resin, which increases the degree of wear resistance and high temperature resistance and greatly extends the service life.
Reaction principle of FRP boiler desulfurization tower
Desulfurization tower is an intermediate device for flue gas desulfurization and ammonia sulfate production. The SO2 in the flue gas is removed in the desulfurization tower. The desulfurization tower is a saturated ammonia sulfate / ammonia sulfite solution whose pH value is controlled at 5.05.9. The reaction with SO2 produces the ammonia bisulfite / bisulfate according to the following reaction :
1) SO2 + H2OH2SO3
2) H2SO3 + (NH4) 2 SO4NH4 HSO4 + NH4 HSO3
3) H2SO3 + (NH4) 2 S O32NH4 HSO3
In reaction (1), the sulfur gas is dissolved in water to generate sulfurous acid. In reactions (2) and (3), sulfurous acid is reacted with the dissolved ammonium sulfate / sulfite. The ammonia water sprayed to the bottom of the reaction tank neutralizes the acid as follows:
4) H2SO3 + NH3NH4SO3
5) NH4 HSO3 + NH3NH4 HSO4 + NH4 HSO3
6) H2SO3 + NH3 (NH4) 2 SO4
The oxidizing air sprayed to the bottom of the desulfurization tower will oxidize sulfite to sulfate as follows: (NH4) 2 SO3 + 1/2 O2 (NH4) 2 SO4
At this point, a large amount of ammonia sulfate is generated in the desulfurization tower of the glass fiber reinforced plastic boiler desulfurization tower. After the sulfuric acid is saturated with the solution, the ammonia sulfate is precipitated from the solution in a crystalline shape.
The heat of vaporization is provided by the residual heat of the flue gas as follows:
(NH4) 2 SO4 (liquid) + heat of vaporization> (NH4) 2 The salt in the SO4 (solid) desulfurization tower is either dissolved in solution in ionic form or precipitated out in the form of crystals. The product slurry is fully oxidized together with the crystalline ammonium sulfate, the main ingredient in the system being combined.
FRP boiler desulfurization tower working principle
Ammonia desulfurization is a technology to control the emission of sulfur dioxide. The dust collector can not only remove sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, but also produce high-value-added sulfuric acid ammonia fertilizer products. The boiler dust removal equipment uses ammonia water of a certain concentration (here, 28% is taken as an example) as a desulfurizing agent, and the generated ammonia sulfate slurry is sent to a fertilizer plant processing system. The amount of ammonia water used in ammonia desulfurization is automatically adjusted by a preset pH control valve and measured by a flow meter. Ammonia sulfate crystals are crystallized from a saturated ammonia sulfate slurry in a desulfurization and dust collector to generate suspended particles with a weight ratio of about 35%. These slurries are pumped to the treatment site, after primary and secondary dehydration, and then sent to a fertilizer plant for further dehydration, drying, condensation, and storage. At the same time as the flue gas is desulfurized by the boiler dust removal equipment, the boiler dust collector also generates considerable By-products to achieve certain economic benefits.
