The brick factory glass fiber reinforced plastic desulfurization tower is a double-alkali method [Na2CO3 / Ca (0H) 2] which is based on the lime method combined with the sodium-alkali method. The sodium salt is easily soluble in water. Sodium is used to absorb SO2 in the absorption tower. The desulfurized liquid after absorption is regenerated by using cheap lime in the regeneration tank, so that sodium ions can be cyclically absorbed and used. This process is the result of improvement based on the characteristics of the lime method and the sodium-alkali method. It mainly deals with the problem that lime method is easy to scale in the tower and has the advantages of high absorption efficiency by sodium-alkali method.
Product characteristics of glass fiber reinforced plastic desulfurization tower in brick factory The double alkali method is to use sodium-based desulfurizing agent for desulfurization in the tower. Because sodium-based desulfurizing agent is strong in alkalinity, the reaction product has a large solubility after absorbing sulfur dioxide, and it will not form supersaturated crystals and form scaling problems . On the other hand, the desulfurization product is discharged into the regeneration tank for recovery and regeneration with calcium hydroxide, and the regenerated sodium-based desulfurization agent is returned to the desulfurization tower for recycling. The double-alkali desulfurization process reduces capital and operating costs, and is more suitable for desulfurization transformation of small and medium boilers. Other clarified desulfurization by-products are primarily calcium sulfite or calcium sulfate (after oxidation). Compared with the magnesium oxide method, calcium salts are not polluting, so secondary pollution of waste residues does not occur.
